The Township of Bridgewater Affordable Housing Application

Bridgewater has an active New Affordable Housing inventory program, in order to be placed on the waiting list for said units, an applicant must submit an application. Households will be encouraged to submit their application in a timely manner since there does exist a long waiting list for such housing in the township. For those applicants who do not have internet access, the Administrative Agent will work with interested applicants by phone and mail. The application will include questions about and to be placed on the ‘waiting list’. Please note that when the applicant’s number reaches the top of the ‘waiting list’ an extensive eligibility screening will be conducted prior to being introduced to available units. Initial applicants should be aware that initial income and other reported information by the applicant and is in no way a guarantee of eligibility.
