Rehabco, Inc. specializes in Community Development Planning and Housing Rehabilitation Program Administration. We specialize in all aspects of housing rehabilitation program management, affordable housing program implementation and procurement of grants and loan programs for our municipal/county government clients.
Founded in 1985, Rehabco has grown to be a full-service Community Development (CD) Consultant firm which specializes in the implementation and administration of funds available to municipalities and County government which are derived or regulated by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.
Rehabco provides such services as professional planners, licensed building inspectors, expert grant writers, NJ COAH certified staff, lead-paint testers and boasts an experienced and knowledgeable staff. Client needs are promptly met with continuity, efficiency and individual attention to detail.
Rehabco through its nearly 30-years in operation, has served as the “Administrative Agent” for 1,700 ‘affordable’ homes for client municipalities, and has also supervised in the rehabilitation of more than 2,500 homes throughout New Jersey
